Overview of Projects

Jutt Holdings has rights to acquire interests in prospective silver, gold and base metals tenements in Western Australia and is focusing on five projects: Onslow, Liberty-Indee, Kooline, Tarrawarra, and Tay-Munglinup.

In 2007, the Company's main priority is to carry out exploration on its granted tenements at the Onslow, Liberty-Indee and Kooline Projects and on grant of title, at the Tarrawarra Applications.

In 2007 and 2008, the work will progress with identifying resources where indicated and generating new targets and new projects, subject to available funds.

At the Onslow Project, Jutt plans to explore the Turtle and Range Prospects to identify precious and base metal resources, definable in terms of the JORC Code. Modern geophysical techniques and geological data have identified new potential, revealing that Onslow's Range Prospect hosts silver and lead targets, while Onslow's Turtle Prospect hosts silver, lead and copper targets.

At the Liberty-Indee Project, Jutt has identified the potential for several drill targets and hopes to identify base metal resources, definable in terms of the JORC Code.

At the Kooline Project, Jutt proposes to explore numerous indicated past workings, many of which have demonstrated untested potential extensions, both along strike and down dip, for silver-lead and associated base metals.

The Tarrawarra application has surface base metal anomalies associated with a regional structural corridor, which requires further testing for deep seated base metal content. Subject to the granting of the Tarrawarra Application, Jutt is proposing a program to test the base metal potential.

The Tay-Munglinup project was recently acquired by Jutt, when it entered into an agreement to explore for nickel in the Tay-Munglinup region, near Ravensthorpe. Under the agreement, Jutt Holdings will acquire an option to earn up to an initial 60% equity in exploration licences E74/310, E74/317 and E74/318, covering approximately 540 square kilometres and 120 km strike length over a prospective greenstone belt.
